It is widely believed that Dr Mikao Usui (1865 – 1926) a college Teacher, rediscovered Reiki some time in the 1800’s, he was a Japanese Buddhist Monk, Dr. Usui was asked by one of his students how was it that Jesus managed to heal and create the miracles that were performed.
